To provide faster logistics services, we have four warehouses in the US and one warehouse each in the UK and Australia.



We provide free shipping for customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, European countries, Asian countries, and Australia. If your address is in Canada, we need to charge shipping, customs duties are included in the shipping fee.

Generally speaking, the shipping time of the machine is 5-15 days. We use FedEx, UPS, DHL express for machine delivery.

For som machines, the shipping time to US addresses will be shorter because we have four warehouses in the US.

Some customers may wonder, they bought the same machine, but the delivery time is different, this is probably because the machines in our warehouse in the United States are sold out.

We regularly ship a batch of machines to the United States by sea at one time. The transportation time is about 2-3 months, so the machines may not be replenished in time. At this time, we can only ship from the warehouse in China, and the transportation time is 5-15 days. If you have requirements on the delivery time, you can contact us in advance.

Shipping process

After you place an order, we will submit your order information to the warehouse staff. The warehouse personnel will prepare the machine according to the order, and then the tseting personnel will test the machine. After confirming that the machine is working normally, the packaging staff will pack the machine, and then we will contact the courier to pick up the items.


Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

What can we offer during the warranty period?

If there is a problem with the machine during the warranty period, we can provide replacement parts or replacement machine .

How to get a replacement?

  • Wrong machine: Please provide the order number, photo of the machine received, and photo of the label on the box. After confirmation, we will send you a new machine
  • Missing part: Please provide the order number, the name or picture of the missing part, and a photo of everything you received. After confirmation, we will send you the parts.
  • Broken machine/parts: Please provide the order number, and a photo of the broken machine/part. After confirmation, we will send you the machine/parts.
  • Machine not working: Please provide the order number and describe the details, such as features that don't work, and tests you've done with the machine. It is best to attach a video of the machine. After confirmation, we will send you the machine or parts.

  • Logo Customization

Adding a logo is the easiest and most common way to customize a machine. Why add a logo? The main reason is that business owners want to promote their brand through a logo.

We can add logos to almost any machine, if you want to add your own logo to the machine, then you need to know that only machines with capacitive touch screen can we add on-screen logo to it.

For machines with resistive touch screen and machines without touch screen, we can only print the logo on the casing of the machine.

You might get confused by this, don't worry, just take some hot selling machines as an example.

Machines with Capacitive Touch Screen

The hot selling 30K S Shape cavitation machine is a capacitive screen machine, we can add a logo to the “welcome” interface and handle selection interface. CaVstorm Cavitation 3.0, as well as the recently popular Cavitation 2.5 series machines are all capacitive screen machines. Machines with Resistive Touch Screen

Machines without Touch Screen

  • Color Customization

Everyone has their own likes and dislikes of colors, some people like brightly colored machines while others like pure white machines. Some business owners want the machine to match the decoration style of their spa. We can change the color of the lipo laser pads, the color of the handle and the color of the machine shell, but the color customization is only applicable to some machines.

Color customization is more complicated than logo customization, so if you have this need, you need to let us know:

The most common case used for color customization is Model T case, which is the case for the 30K S Shape machine.
